Who we are

Right Click is a software development studio based in Sofia, Bulgaria. For the personal data collected through this website, Right Click acts as the data controller within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can reach us athello@rightclick.bg.

What we collect

The only personal data we collect through this website is what you choose to send us via the contact form:

• Full name
• Company
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Project details you include in your message

All of this information is provided voluntarily by you.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and discussing a potential engagement with you. The legal bases are your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), given via the checkbox in the form) and the necessity of taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

Processors

We use a small number of service providers to operate this website and handle enquiries:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting
• Resend — email delivery for contact-form enquiries

Data submitted through the form may be processed in the EU and the US. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, it is protected by standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, after which they are deleted.

Cookies and analytics

This website currently uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. If this changes, this policy will be updated first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Have inaccurate data rectified
• Have your data erased
• Restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Object to processing
